You will process applications, assist with move-ins, and support marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy while handling administrative tasks efficiently. A reliable, communicative team player is essential.

Formación

• 1+ year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently; guide residents through move-in.
• Provide superior customer service and support resident relations and administrative duties.
