You will show, lease, and welcome prospective residents, guide move-ins, handle applications, and coordinate marketing to sustain high occupancy. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction, teamwork, and accurate administrative support in a dynamic multifamily environment.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
