Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, lease units, and help maintain high occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll guide move-ins and coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless resident experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, with multifamily leasing experience preferred. You must be able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing exp preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Fair Housing knowledge a plus.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency; Yardi/Entrata/EliseAI experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and guide residents through move-in.
