Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.

This role offers the opportunity to grow in multifamily property management and help shape a welcoming, thriving community with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) proficiency; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service; respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.
