Kittle Property Group is seeking a leasing professional to rent apartments and deliver exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and resident retention. You will conduct tours, answer inquiries, and present the community in a professional manner.

The role involves coordinating move-ins/outs, managing lease negotiations, and supporting rent collection, compliance, and resident relations. Prior experience is not required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Language skills: read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions and information.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s.
• Reasoning: follow detailed instructions with common sense; handle problems with few variables.
• Computer skills: beginner experience with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and tours with prospects.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community in a professional manner.
• Coordinate move ins/outs to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewals; assist with retention.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and department compliance.
• Write work orders and document in Yardi; assist with rent/delinquency collection.
• Support manager with account information and resident relations.
• Supervise neighborhood committee activities and outreach with local businesses.
