Gross Residential is seeking a Leasing Professional with a positive attitude and professional presentation to showcase apartments and community amenities. Prior leasing or customer service experience is helpful; training will be provided. Strong computer skills and organization are essential for success.

The role involves guiding prospects, processing applications, and maintaining leasing paperwork while supporting residents and coordination with maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, well organized.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residency.
• Provide information about community amenities to prospects.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents.
• Compile leasing paperwork accurately and process applications.
• Explain lease terms and addenda to new residents.
• Assist with resident relations and service requests.
• Maintain proper records and schedules with strong organization.
• Work a varied schedule including weekends and some holidays.
