Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a results‑driven Leasing Supervisor to oversee leasing associates, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional resident service. You will lead daily huddles, monitor performance against goals, and coordinate marketing efforts to showcase the community.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Yardi and MaxLeases. You will manage move‑ins/outs, renewals, and ensure compliant leasing practices while maintaining curb appeal

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or GED with sales experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret information clearly; second language desirable
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel for reporting and documentation
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage lease negotiations, renewals and occupancy goals

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing associates and apartment showings
• Lead daily leasing huddle and set marketing priorities
• Ensure leasing data accuracy in Yardi and related systems
• Meet weekly with leasing staff to provide feedback and guidance
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience
• Maintain curb appeal and professional property presentation
• Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up
• Organize and maintain resident files and reports
• Support after-hours events and resident engagement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
