Kittle Property Group is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to lease apartments and deliver exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and resident retention. You will conduct phone inquiries and in-person tours, coordinate move-ins/outs, and communicate clearly with prospects and residents to uphold community standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, no prior experience needed, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior experience is necessary for this role.
• Language skills include reading, writing, speaking and interpreting basic instructions and presenting information.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments through telephone sales and in-person tours.
• Follow up with prospective and current residents to establish rapport.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and resident renewals.
• Write and track service requests in the property system.
