Qualifications

• 1–2 years multifamily experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Move-in coordination and ensuring smooth resident onboarding.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
