Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills and MS Office Suite proficiency.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years of leasing experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines and leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and administrative operations of the property.
• Maintain knowledge of community, specials, floor plans, and pricing on BH site.
• Support on-site team with marketing units and vacancy solutions.
• Use market data to drive traffic and compare with competitors.
• Promote third-party online leasing programs per BH policies.
• Ensure accurate entry of prospect data into property management software.
• Assist with leasing duties, tours, and lease preparation.
• Understand Fair Housing guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Provide feedback on rental rates and specials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
