You will manage unit pricing, marketing activities, and prospect communications, while guiding the team to meet occupancy and retention goals. Ideal candidates possess a minimum of 2 years leasing experience, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• 2 years of leasing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fair Housing guidelines knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Community Manager with leasing operations and pricing.
• Market units and drive occupancy through tours and disclosures.
• Maintain prospect information in property management software.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and leasing policies.
