Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leasing Manager to coordinate leasing operations, align pricing with market demand, and support a high standard of service delivery. You will work with the Community Manager to optimize marketing, pricing, and resident retention.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leasing experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced computer technology skills and MS Office proficiency.
State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
Two years of leasing experience.
Solid understanding of Fair Housing guidelines, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in successful marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property under the Community Manager.
Maintain understanding of the community, specials, floor plans, and oversee unit pricing; ensure pricing updates on BH website.
Assist on-site team and Performance Analysts in marketing units and addressing vacancies and retention.
Promote knowledge of market survey data to generate traffic and compare with competitors.
Input prospect information into property management software accurately and timely; address notifications.
Assist with leasing duties, tour prospective residents, prepare lease agreements, and walk vacant units as needed.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and leasing regulations.
