Job summary

You will manage leasing activities, pricing, and marketing across the property, while maintaining a strong focus on communication and customer service.

The role requires proactive organization, ability to lead meetings, and efficient workflow management.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer technology skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Must have state leasing license or ability to obtain it.
• 2 years of leasing experience required.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property.
• Maintain knowledge of community, pricing, and floor plans; oversee unit pricing updates on BH site.
• Support on-site team and analysts in marketing units and addressing vacancies.
• Utilize market data to drive traffic and compare competitors.
• Enter all prospect data into property management software and respond promptly.
