BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, qualify prospective renters, market, lease, and renew apartment leases while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent the company professionally and maintain strong knowledge of local market conditions and promotions.

The role involves daily marketing, leasing activities, and coordinating with property staff to ensure a seamless resident experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments in accordance with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Manage daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects, show units, and communicate promptly any concerns to the manager.
