Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain.
• 2 years leasing experience.
• Understanding of Fair Housing guidelines and leasing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing, administrative, and financial operations under the Community Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of community, specials, floor plans, and unit pricing; ensure BH website pricing is updated.
• Assist the on-site team and Performance Analysts in marketing units and addressing vacancies.
• Analyze market survey data to generate traffic and monitor competitive properties.
• Promote third-party online leasing programs per BH policies.
• Enter prospect information into property management software accurately and timely.
• Assist with tours, lease preparation, and walking vacant units as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and leasing regulations.
• Provide feedback on rental rates and specials and suggest adjustments.
