Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective residents.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare new leases.
• Tour and show units, inspect move-ins and pre-leased apartments.
• Log prospect information into property management software and maintain timely communications.
• Assist with leasing incentives and property promotions.
• Support daily property operations and inspections.
