Job summary

Lakeshore Management is seeking an Experienced Sales and Leasing Specialist in Orlando to drive occupancy for our community through integrated marketing and sales activity. You will partner with Community Managers and the Sales/Marketing team to achieve financial goals and maintain a strong online presence.

You will analyze market conditions, manage leads, and build relationships with residents and families while promoting Lakeshore's mission across campaigns, events, and public relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
• Technical marketing skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales and market research.
• Experience with computer proficiency and relevant software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Community Managers and Sales/Marketing to meet financial goals.
• Maintain a strong internet presence and monitor marketing activity and results.
• Analyze market conditions and competitors to develop marketing plans for assets.
• Manage lead tracking and document all correspondence.
• Build relationships with potential residents and communicate Lakeshore's mission.
• Market the community through networking, advertising, PR and events.
• Develop relationships with industry influencers for referrals and opportunities.
