STI Holdings, Inc. is seeking a leasing/customer collections coordinator to handle past-due lease payments and coordinate repossession-related activities.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making and organizational skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word. You will work with internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate documentation, timely filings, and orderly movement of assets.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact regarding past due lease payments via phone or writing.
• Determine action plan with customer and follow up accordingly.
• Coordinate recovery and trailer moves for repossessed assets.
• Interact with legal (internal and external) for lawsuits and bankruptcy hearings.
• Supervise clerical staff and ensure timely filings to perfect company interests.
• Verify pricing and commissions due to dealers for new trailers.
• Review vendor invoices and assign correct general ledger codes.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Contribute to team effort and ensure safe, productive work.
