Job summary

Qualifications

• Corporate collections experience is a must.
• Experience handling multiple cash accounts and currencies.
• Invoicing and cash application proficiency required (MS Excel/Word, email).
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of management.
• Leasing industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly aging reports to the management group.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
• Communicate with customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies; investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Assist in audit processes and with the Director of Treasury.
• Liaise between customers and Willis departments to resolve issues.
