Westminster Canterbury, a senior living facility in Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking a full-time on-site Leasing Specialist to support occupancy goals and maintain strong resident relations.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of HUD regulations and occupancy certification within 6 months of hire. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.

• Performs leasing and occupancy tasks.
• Certifies and recertifies applicants and tenants.
• Maintains resident files in compliance with regulations.
• Uses customer service skills to address resident requests and concerns.
• Maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
• Uses multitasking skills to streamline processes and manage daily tasks.
• Performs clerical tasks such as filing, typing, telephones and input.
• Completes apartment inspections pre-occupancy and post-occupancy.
• Works with the management team to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
