• Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walk-throughs, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and lead response within 24 hours.
• Execute marketing plans to drive traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle resident concerns and contribute to retention efforts.
• Support office and marketing efforts; ensure property cleanliness and upkeep.
