Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage leasing activities, tours, and applications at a Greystar-managed community. You will implement marketing plans, qualify prospects, and work with maintenance to keep show units ready for prospective residents.

The role requires strong customer service, market awareness, and proficiency with property management tools such as OneSite and Yardi. Responsibilities include lease preparation, renewal processes, and timely responses to resident

Qualificações

• Experience in leasing and property management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local market conditions is a plus.
• Familiarity with on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages for new residents.
• Maintain show units to meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Implement marketing plans and programs to drive occupancy and traffic.
• Track leasing activities and resident data using property management software.
• Follow up with prospects to convert to leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and assist renewing residents.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and document requests.
