• Minimum 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market the community and achieve leasing targets to maximize occupancy.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process and conduct tours.
• Maintain retention by renewing leases and communicating housing contracts.
• Prepare marketing plans and develop strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Assist Community Manager with leasing reports and data entry in the Property Management Software.
• Maintain collateral stock and manage outreach via social media and local partnerships.
• Enforce Fair Housing compliance and corporate procedures.
