Landmark Properties is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Professional to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional resident service at the community in Conroe, TX. You will market the property, engage prospects, and coordinate with leadership to meet annual targets.

You will guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct tours, manage renewals, and support outreach efforts across social media and local partnerships to maintain a thriving community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand housing contract documents and clearly communicate information to prospects and residents.
• Close the sale by generating leads, scheduling and conducting tours, and following up with prospects.
• Prepare marketing plans and strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Assist the Community Manager with daily and weekly leasing reports.
• Review housing contract accuracy and data entry in Property Management Software.
• Maintain a positive community environment and participate in Residence Life programs.
• Assist with renewal communications and contracts with residents.
• Ensure stocked collateral and promotional items are available.
• Conduct outreach marketing including social media and local partnerships.
