Job summary

Gallery Residential in Wilmington, NC seeks a Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals. You will conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and help with renewals while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will work with on-site teams to develop marketing plans, leverage online channels, and maintain strong relationships with residents and employers to drive traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; capable of understanding legal documents and selling apartment features.
• Current valid driver''s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit and background checks, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and ensures readiness; coordinates with maintenance to address issues.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies on concessions and specials.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet tools.
• Uses Yardi or property management software to track availability, traffic, data, and demographics of residents and prospects.
• Maintains show quality and prepares leasing office for daily activities, while communicating maintenance needs.
