Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospective residents.

• Prepare lease documents and coordinate move-in.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow-up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridor to show quality.
• Use Yardi or similar software to track occupancy and data.
• Prepare reports and meet attendance expectations.
