Job summary

Greystar in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for high-occupancy communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, implement referral and employer outreach programs, and use on-site property management software to track data and show units that meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and processing applications.
• Ability to conduct tours, credit checks and lease signings.
• Knowledge of market conditions and how to drive occupancy.

Responsibilities
