You will stay informed about market conditions, design marketing plans, run internet marketing campaigns, and collaborate with maintenance and property teams to deliver a superior resident experience and drive renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Maintain move-in ready units and coordinate with maintenance for punch items.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive renewals.
• Use property management software to track availability and lease activity.
• Support lease renewals with timely renewal letters and packages.
• Communicate with residents to address concerns and solicit feedback.
