Greystar Worldwide, LLC, Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and secure renewals, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

You will use OneSite/Yardi, coordinate with maintenance for move‑ins, and implement marketing plans and programs to boost occupancy.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, prepare lease and move‑in package.
• Support occupancy and revenue goals through short- and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use on-site management software to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Inspect show units daily and coordinate maintenance needs for show readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and document requests.
