Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a community in the Sanford, NC area. You will handle tours, applications, screenings, and move-in processes while delivering excellent service and maintaining an online presence.

Responsibilities include collaborating with maintenance, meeting weekly goals, and ensuring guest experience aligns with company standards. Flexibility for varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins; obtain signatures and provide orientation.
• Maintain social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement; resolve service issues promptly.
