Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for Alanza Place in Phoenix to manage marketing, leasing and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction from move-in through renewal.

You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, coordinate with maintenance, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data; strong communication and local market knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales of apartments.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, screenings and background checks; prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in and ensure units are move-in ready; coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and leasing activities; manage data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease renewals and inquiries.
• Support lease renewal letters and meetings with renewing residents.
