Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow company policy on concessions.
• Drive traffic through online and onsite marketing channels and referrals.
• Record leasing activities and applicant data in property management software.
