Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 173-unit property in Woodland Hills, CA. The role requires 1-2 years leasing experience and affordable housing exposure, with weekend availability and a valid driver's license.

You will conduct tours, process applications, manage rent-ready units, and support a range of marketing activities including internet postings and referrals to drive occupancy and resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online postings and referral programs.
