The role requires 1-2 years of leasing experience, a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience; prior lease-up experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, greeting prospects and qualifying them, conducting tours, processing applications, conducting credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates any maintenance needs.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and respond to market conditions.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and tracks activity using on-site software.
• Keeps show units and corridors presentable and coordinates with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
