Greystar is seeking a Property Leasing role to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, and prepare the lease and move-in package.

Responsibilities include monitoring market conditions, executing marketing plans, and using on-site software such as OneSite and Yardi to track availability and leasing activity.
