Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features.
• Ability to perform math and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities, tours, applications, credit and background checks to achieve occupancy goals.
• Coordinate marketing plans, advertising, and traffic generation for occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure lease renewals.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Use Yardi to track availability and data and manage resident/prospect information.
• Provide resident satisfaction and respond to concerns promptly.
