Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative for our on-site property management team. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets, while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and support renewal processing. Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of property management tools are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software; Yardi is preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; weekend availability.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, perform credit checks, prepare lease documents and coordinate move-ins.
• Maintain show units and collaborate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with residents to support lease renewals and satisfaction.
