Greystar is seeking a Leasing Coordinator in Bethesda to drive leasing and renewals. You will coordinate marketing, tours, applications, and tenant communication to maximize occupancy and revenue at a Greystar-managed community.

You will inspect units, liaise with maintenance, and support renewal activities, ensuring a positive resident experience and compliant leasing operations at the property level.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing/sales to drive occupancy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing to new residents to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Process applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Schedule and conduct tours and show apartments; ensure move-in readiness.
