Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in, maintain move-in readiness, and coordinate with maintenance for outstanding items.
• Monitor market conditions, develop marketing goals to sustain occupancy, and follow policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, implement referral and employer outreach programs, use online tools, and follow community plans.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing space, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising, and prepping leasing offices.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm leasing decisions and renewals via email, notes, or calls.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, and contacting renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and document requests.
