Qualifications

• Proven ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.
• Apply sales skills such as generating leads, giving presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing.
• Use property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to track availability, data, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and complete move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create and drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages and coordinate with renewing residents.
• Address resident or owner questions promptly and document requests.
