Job summary

Core Spaces, LLC is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Associate in Knoxville to drive leasing activities and deliver outstanding resident experiences. You will engage with prospective residents, showcase floorplans, coordinate tours, and support campus outreach to boost brand presence.

The role blends marketing with front-line sales and requires a proactive, people-focused mindset. It involves schedule flexibility, occasional travel, and physical requirements to support events and onsite

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective residents to build rapport and understand housing needs.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process with professional service and a positive experience.
• Utilize effective sales techniques to close leases by demonstrating urgency and aligning floorplans with lifestyle preferences.
• Conduct informative tours highlighting features and amenities to prospective students, families, and groups.
• Execute daily outreach on campus and in student hotspots to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Organize and participate in events to spread brand awareness and attract future residents.
• Must be available for full shifts of at least 3 hours and up to additional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Be prepared to travel occasionally as needed and perform all duties assigned by management.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
