Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies at our Morristown community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and support move-ins.

You will stay informed about market conditions, design marketing plans, drive traffic using online tools, and ensure show units meet quality standards. The role requires flexible hours and a customer‑first approach.

Qualifications

• Position requires valid driver’s license to operate golf carts on property.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any items with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, social media, email) and follow site plans.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software and maintain prospect data.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages, and timely signings.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with teams to resolve requests.
