Greystar is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent at our Salem, NH community to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive marketing, tours, and responsive resident service.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-ins while collaborating with maintenance and on-site teams to ensure a high-quality showing and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing prospects, screening, and move-in processing.
• Ability to design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lease and show apartments to prospects; process applications and screenings.
• Inspect units and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and manage referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize lease or renewal.
• Support lease renewals with letters and packages.
• Respond quickly to residents and owner concerns.
