You will manage on-site traffic, pricing, and concessions while coordinating print and digital campaigns and reporting on performance.

Responsibilities include directing the leasing team, ensuring ready units meet market standards, and collaborating with maintenance to maintain property appeal.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, ensures an appropriate inventory of ready apartments, sets rent pricing and concessions, and monitors day-to-day leasing activity.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and uses pricing, concessions, and advertising to boost leases.
• Creates print and internet advertising strategies and uses technology to promote the community and communicate with prospects.
• Collaborates with maintenance to ensure property standards and uses merchandising to enhance marketability of units.
• Leads leasing processes by generating traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects and completing move-in procedures.
• Reviews financial and operational reports to identify issues impacting leasing performance and presents strategies and results to stakeholders.
• Oversees the lease renewal program and manages related communications and move-out processes.
• Manages and mentors the leasing team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
