Qualifications

• Experience designing short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Ability to use on-site software to track availability and leasing activity.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications.
• Perform credit screening and criminal background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activity.
