Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Garland, TX is seeking a Marketing and Leasing Leader to drive revenue and occupancy through strategic marketing, advertising and sales activities. You will oversee the leasing team, manage on-site traffic, and optimize pricing and concessions to maximize leasing velocity.

The role requires directing print and internet advertising, coordinating with maintenance for property presentation, and managing lease documentation and renewals with a focus on resident

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Lead leasing team members and oversee on-site traffic and readiness of apartments.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans, pricing strategies, concessions and incentives to boost traffic and leases.
• Ensure the physical aspects of the community meet Greystar standards for appearance and safety.
• Oversee lease renewals and communicate with residents and owners as needed.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify issues and support solution strategies.
