Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property marketing and leasing leader to manage the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, sales activities, leasing team members, and related resources to achieve revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals.

You will direct on-site traffic, monitor pricing and concessions, and develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy while coordinating with maintenance to keep the property appealing. Strong leadership and leasing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and sales activities.
• Ability to oversee leasing team and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Directs the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and optimize pricing and concessions.
• Leads on-site leasing, shows units, qualifies prospects, prepares lease documents and move-ins.
• Reviews financial and traffic reports and presents results to owners and managers.
