Job summary

Tishman Speyer in New York is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support the leasing team from our New York HQ. You will ensure listings and vacant space data is accurate, coordinate with architecture firms, and assist with marketing materials and presentations for office spaces.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in marketing or related field, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of marketing or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience creating and editing marketing materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure listing and vacant space data is accurate and uploaded to leasing platforms (CoStar, VTS).
• Interface with architecture firms to verify measurements of vacant space.
• Provide marketing support to leasing professionals for business development and promotion.
• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials and presentations.
