EXTELL MARKETING GROUP LLC is seeking a Sales & Leasing Coordinator for One Manhattan Square in New York. You will support the Sales & Leasing team to lease and sell units at competitive prices and in a timely manner to qualified buyers and lessees, under the direction of senior leadership.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, presenting property information to visitors, assisting with marketing outreach programs and event coordination, and maintaining accurate pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in real estate brokerage, development, or similar.
• Strong client service, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Leasing staff to lease and sell units at competitive prices and in a timely manner.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and presentation for the property.
• Serve as a primary contact for visitors and prospective clients.
• Assist with marketing and sales outreach programs and events.
• Maintain updated databases, pricing and traffic reports, and leads tracking reports.

Under the direction of the SVP, VP, and/or Director of Sales, the Sales & Leasing Coordinator is responsible for guiding the overall implementation and execution of the Companies lease and sales efforts at a given Property which includes overseeing the day-to-day office operations and presentation, serving as a point of contact for visitors and prospective clients, assisting with marketing and sales outreach programs and events, and providing administrative support. The Sales & Leasing Coordinator maintains updated databases and registration lists; assists in the preparation of accurate pricing and traffic reports, leads tracking reports and other similar reporting, and performs other duties as assigned.Summary of Requirements:Ideal candidates for the Sales & Leasing Coordinator position hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in real estate brokerage, development, or similar. Ideal candidates should possess effective client service, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, problem-solving, judgment, and administrative skills. A high attentiveness to detail and the successful ability to focus and follow through on tasks is also required. Ideal candidates should possess an effective ability to work independently and within a team within an entrepreneurial environment.
