Job summary

Tishman Speyer in New York is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support the leasing team and deliver excellent service to prospective customers. You will report to the Managing Director of Leasing and be based at our HQ in New York.

Key responsibilities include maintaining NY leasing activity in VTS, supporting weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, and creating marketing materials. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience creating and editing marketing materials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and other marketing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain New York leasing activity in VTS, including proposals, tours, opportunities, and updates.
  • Support leasing reporting (deal status, vacancies, tours, proposals).
  • Maintain market analyses and materials in support of leasing pursuits.

Summary of the Position

The coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the leasing team and delivering excellent service to prospective customers. S/he will report to the Managing Director of Leasing and will be located at our HQ in New York.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all New York leasing activity in VTS, including proposals, tours, active opportunities, and dead deals, and follow up with the leasing team to keep the information current and accurate.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly leasing reporting, including deal status, vacancy marketing efforts, target companies, tours, proposals, and other leasing activity.
  • Maintain comparable-set analyses, market research, and other materials in support of leasing pursuits.
  • Track market rents, lease and sales comparables, market studies, and other market information, and assist with the preparation and distribution of Market Overview materials.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the New York portfolio by walking spaces, verifying conditions, coordinating updates, and ensuring that floor plans, listings, and marketing materials reflect current conditions.
  • Coordinate with architecture firms, Design & Construction, Property Management, Stevenson Systems, photographers, inspectors, and external vendors to confirm measurements and update space information.
  • Provide professional support to prospective customers, brokers, and other external stakeholders, including coordinating and, when appropriate, leading smaller tours and third-party leasing tours.
  • Create and edit a broad range of leasing and marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, floor plans, presentations, corporate leasing proposals, qualifications booklets, email invitations, and exclusive-listing materials.
  • Assist with tenant-event planning, preparation, and on-site logistical support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and use technology, automation, or AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency.
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams, proactively identify needed follow-up or updates, and help ensure that leasing information remains accurate across systems and materials.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing or related field, or any similar combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience creating and editing marketing materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and other marketing tools
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Adapt to changing and challenging situations, think and act strategically, and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Must display initiative, be proactive, detail oriented, creative, reliable, and energetic in managing all tasks and priorities
  • Ability & strong desire to collaborate and work as part of a team / across multiple teams internally
Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees. This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyer’s New York team, as we’ve considered factors specific to this geography.
